The Waterfront Cafe is a North End establishment that mostly caters to college students, young professionals, tourists, and life-long North End residents. Located across the street from a United States Coast Guard station, the Waterfront Cafe is a great place to watch a game on one of their many flat panel televisions. It is one of the few places in the North End that isn't focused on Italian food. It has a mostly American bar food menu. This place can be very busy on big game nights or on any given Wednesday thru Saturday night with local students and young professionals. Many tourists find their way into Waterfront because of its proximity to Boston's famous Freedom Trail. It's a great place to meet with friends and sit down over a beverage and some food. The only downside to the Waterfront is that it lacks a full liquor license. It's worth a try if you are in the neighborhood and just want to relax with friends.

Boston...My Home Town
I grew up here. Well, not in Boston proper but less than 10 miles outside of the city. I have lived in and around Boston for my whole life. Does this make me an expert? Some would say no because I am not a scholar that studies the city nor am I all that old where I would have wisdom gained over many decades of life experience. I would say that I do have some expertise (or at least opinions) about Boston that I have developed over the years through day-to-day living. I'd like to think my knowledge about Boston is well-rounded but I'm really focused on sports, nightlife, tourism, universities, business, arts, and entertainment. I hope to convey to you how these different topics are relevant to the city of Boston, Massachusetts. My home town.
